Alumni Meet 2026

A first-of-its-kind national initiative to bring together alumni from all Sainik Schools of India onto one common platform.

More than a reunion, the meet is designed to foster structured alumni engagement through meaningful connections, mentorship, collaboration, welfare initiatives, and long-term nation-building efforts. Inspired by the impact of organized alumni ecosystems, this initiative aims to transform individual alumni strength into collective national contribution.

Sainik School Balachadi

Shri Naresh Gangaram Raval is a political leader from Vijapur, Mehsana, Gujarat, elected MLA three times. He served as Home Minister and Industries & Mines Minister of Gujarat (1994–95) and later Leader of Opposition (2001–02). He trained at NDA and served as a Fighter Pilot in the Indian Air Force.

An Indian politician and retired IPS officer from Manipur. Recipient of the President's Police Medal for Gallantry (2006) and for Meritorious Service (2013). Studied at Sainik School Imphal and later joined the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Former Commissioner of Delhi Police (retired 2013). Served in Delhi, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram and as DGP of Goa. Spent nine years with the CBI handling counter-terrorism and organised crime. Author of Dial D for Don, Khaki Files, and A Cop in Cricket.

Distinguished IAS officer and agricultural policy expert. Served as Union Secretary and led the Doubling Farmers' Income (DFI) Committee. Appointed Chairman of Karnataka State Agriculture Price Commission and ISEC, Bengaluru in 2024.

Mr. Shishir Sandipan is a senior insurance professional with over 35 years of experience in strategic risk advisory and large-scale insurance programs. He contributed to insurance planning for the Mahakumbh at Allahabad and is widely respected for his service-oriented support to the alumni community. He is also the architect of the Sainik School Tilaiya Alumni Group Mediclaim (SANTOBA health insurance) program serving alumni for more than five years.

Everything you need to know about the Alumni Meet 2026

Who can attend the Alumni Meet 2026?

The meet is exclusively for alumni of all Sainik Schools across India. If you're a former cadet from any of the 29+ Sainik Schools, you're welcome to join us!

Can I bring a guest or family member?

Yes! You can register additional guests during the registration process. Each additional guest is ₹2000. QR codes for entry will be sent to each registered attendee.

Is accommodation provided?

Accommodation details will be shared closer to the event date. We're partnering with nearby hotels to offer special rates for out-of-town attendees.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual for daytime sessions. The evening dinner party is semi-formal/formal attire. Military personnel are welcome to wear their uniforms.

Will there be parking available?

Yes, NDIM offers sufficient parking facilities, with space for 500+ vehicles.

How do I get my entry QR code?

After completing your registration and payment, QR codes will be automatically sent to your email. Please save this email and show the QR code at the venue entrance.

Can I register on the event day?

Registration closes on March 25th, 2026. We encourage advance registration to help us plan better for meals and seating arrangements.

Are there networking opportunities?

Absolutely! The event is designed around networking with dedicated sessions, school-wise gatherings, mentorship zones, and informal networking during breaks and meals.

How can I volunteer or participate as a speaker?

Is the event being recorded?

Selected sessions will be recorded and may be shared with registered attendees post-event. Professional photography will be available throughout the day.
